Repairs

Jewellery that shows any sign of damage deserves immediate attention. Bring it to us before wearing it further — our craftsmen will examine your jewellery with care and advise on the finest course of restoration.

Stones found to be loose, damaged, or missing will be reset or replaced with care. Metal components that have fractured or gone missing will be carefully reconstructed, true to every detail of the original.

A detailed quotation is shared before any work begins, once approved, restoration is undertaken with care. Our craftsmen are dedicated to restoring your jewellery to its original state, honouring every detail of the jewellery as it was first created.

Cleaning & Polishing

Even the most exquisite jewellery can lose a touch of it’s brilliance over time. An annual visit to our boutique ensures your jewellery is always seen at its finest.

Each creation is carefully examined by our craftsmen. Based on it’s condition, the most appropriate course of care is advised, ultrasonic cleaning to lift surface marks and restore shine, or polishing to smooth fine scratches and revive the metal's natural lustre.

For select jewellery, rhodium plating may be recommended to refine the finish and restore the metal to its original brilliance.

Resizing

A ring should sit as perfectly as it was designed to. Our resizing service is available for rings, offering adjustments of up to one size up or down, carried out with care and precision.

Engraving

Personalise your jewellery with a name or a message of your choice. This service is exclusively available at our boutiques. Every engraving is guided by the design and space of your jewellery.

Can damaged jewellery be fully restored?

Most damage can be carefully repaired and restored by our craftsmen. Each piece is assessed individually, and a detailed quotation is shared before any work begins.

When should I bring my jewellery in for repair?

Bring your jewellery in as soon as you notice any sign of damage — loose stones, fractured components, or wear. Avoid wearing it further until it has been examined.

How long does a repair or restoration take?
