What is a Self-Invest plan?
The Self-Invest Plan is a simple monthly savings program where you set aside a fixed amount each month and unlock extra value at the end of your plan. You can choose between a 6-month or 10-month plan.
For studded jewellery (diamond, gemstone & solitaire jewellery):
• 6-month plan: Get 1 instalment free• 10-month plan: Get 1.5 instalments free
For plain jewellery (plain gold, platinum & silver jewellery):
• 6-month plan: Get 0.5 instalment free• 10-month plan: Get 0.75 instalment free
For studded jewellery (diamond, gemstone & solitaire jewellery):
• 6-month plan: Get 1 instalment free• 10-month plan: Get 1.5 instalments free
For plain jewellery (plain gold, platinum & silver jewellery):
• 6-month plan: Get 0.5 instalment free• 10-month plan: Get 0.75 instalment free
How do I enroll?
Start by choosing the 6-month or 10-month plan and selecting your monthly instalment amount (minimum ₹5,000). Then add your details, nominee information, and make your first instalment to get started.
Can I cancel my plan or request a refund?
The Self-Invest Plan does not offer cancellations or refunds. However, the amount saved can be utilised towards a jewellery purchase (excluding coins).
Can I change my instalment amount after enrolling?
No, the instalment amount cannot be changed once the plan has begun.
How can I redeem my plan?
You can redeem your plan after the maturity date and use it to purchase any jewellery except coins, as per your eligible benefits. You can redeem it online or in-store, and your benefits will be reflected in your dashboard and at checkout.
Can I opt for early redemption of my plan?
Yes. You may choose to redeem your Self-Invest Plan after completing your third instalment. To request an early redemption, simply connect with our Concierge team, who will be happy to assist you. The applicable benefits will be as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
Can I redeem my plan benefits across all jewellery?
Your plan benefits can be used across all studded and plain jewellery, with the respective benefits that apply. However, gold and silver coins are not eligible for redemption.
Can I combine my plan benefits with other offers?
Yes, your benefits can be combined with all ongoing offers, coupons, and cart discounts.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss more than 2 consecutive instalments, you will not be eligible to receive the plan benefits.
What is the validity period of my plan benefits?
Benefits are valid for 6 months from the plan's maturity date.
Can I pay all the instalments together and get a benefit?
You may choose to pay all your instalments upfront, however, the benefits can be redeemed only after the maturity date.
Can I enroll in multiple plans at once?
Yes, you may enroll in multiple plans at the same time.
