We as a merchant shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of the authorization of any transaction made by you on our platform.

We as a merchant engage PCI-DSS compliant payment partners to execute any monetary transactions done by you with us.
Please be aware that certain individuals or entities may reach out to you on our behalf fraudulently. Under false pretence, they may ask for money or other valuables from you or try to gain access to your Personal Data. You are strongly advised to exercise caution and reach out to our customer support team without any delay.
Please note that we as a merchant will not be liable or responsible for any such claims, losses or damages caused by such imposters.
By continuing usage of the Qween's App or Website and purchasing/availing any Qween's products/services, the customer is agreeing to the terms and conditions specified by Qween, including the terms contained in this Privacy Policy.
