At Qween, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer easy returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from:

• The date of delivery (for online purchases), or
• The date of purchase (for in-store purchases)

Only one return or exchange per product is allowed within the 30-day window. Any subsequent requests will be treated under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of purchase or delivery. You can exchange your item for:

• A different size (if available)
• A different variant or style
• Store credit for future purchases

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized products
• Gold and silver coins
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Items where the "Non-Returnable if Label Removed" tag is missing

How to Return or Exchange

For Online Purchases

1. Visit the My Orders section on our website or app.
2. Select the eligible item and click on "Return" or "Exchange".
3. Choose your preferred return method:
   • Doorstep pickup
   • Drop-off at a nearby Qween store

For In-Store Purchases

1. Bring the item along with the original purchase receipt to any Qween store.
2. Our staff will check eligibility and perform a quick quality check.
3. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.

Packaging Guidelines

• For items below ₹20,000: No special packaging required.
• For items ₹20,000 and above: Tamper-proof packaging is required.
  • This packaging is provided at the time of delivery or sent after your return request is submitted.
  • The product must be placed in this packaging before pickup.

Quality Check (QC)

All returned products undergo a quality check at our warehouse or store:

• Visual inspection and product match
• Gold and diamond purity verification
• Certificate and documentation review (where applicable)

If a return fails QC, the product will be returned to you and our team will contact you with further details.
Items needing only cleaning or polishing will be accepted and refunded, and the item will be sent for refurbishment.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide:
  • Account Holder Name
  • Account Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Bank Name
• We will verify your bank details via a penny drop before initiating the refund.
