What kind of jewellery can I exchange?
You can exchange plain gold jewellery, coins, or bars. We currently don't accept jewellery that includes diamonds, gemstones, or other studs under this program.
How is my gold tested and valued?
Your gold is tested using our advanced Synthscreen Meter, GoldSure for accurate purity results. The valuation is then calculated based on the prevailing gold rate of the day, ensuring transparency and fairness.
Will my jewellery be melted?
Yes — once you agree to proceed and sign the declaration form, your gold is melted in your presence to ensure complete trust and accuracy in purity measurement.
What happens after my gold is valued?
The final value is added to your Qween account as store credit, which can be used to buy any Qween jewellery of your choice.
Can I receive the value in cash?
No, the value of your old gold is given only as store credit, which cannot be encashed or used for gold or silver coins. Your store credit is valid for 365 days from the date it's issued.
What documents do I need to bring?
A valid PAN card is mandatory for the exchange process. The name on the PAN card should match the name on your Qween account or receipt.
