A chain with pendant arrives with its chain already chosen, so the proportions are right and it is ready to wear the day it arrives. QWEEN's chain with pendant pieces range from plain sculpted gold to designs set with natural diamonds and natural gemstones. Every diamond is certified and the gold carries a BIS hallmark. Filter by plain, studded or modern to see one style at a time.
Buying the two together takes the guesswork out of a pendant. The chain is matched to the pendant's weight and shape, so the pendant hangs straight and sits where it was designed to sit. There is no second purchase, no clasp that will not pass through a loop, and no chain too heavy for a small piece. Proportion matters more than it seems: a heavy pendant on a fine chain twists, and a small one on a heavy chain disappears.
It also makes a simpler gift: one box, one piece, ready to put on, with nothing left to match. Gift chain with pendant gathers pieces chosen for giving. If you would rather choose the chain yourself, QWEEN's pendants are listed on their own.
QWEEN groups these pieces by style, each with its own listing.
These pieces come in yellow, white and rose gold, and each listing card shows the gold purity. 18K is 75 per cent gold and holds its shape well; 14K is a little harder.
Where a design is studded, the diamonds and gemstones are natural, and QWEEN does not sell lab-grown diamonds. The gemstones include sapphires, rubies and pearls, often set with diamonds around them.
Pick the gold to suit what you already wear. Yellow gold sits naturally beside traditional pieces, white gold keeps diamonds looking cool, and rose gold is soft against most skin tones. Pearls and opal are softer than diamonds and sapphires, so put them on last and keep them away from perfume.
Wear it alone against a plain neckline when you want the shape to be read, which suits plain gold designs best. To layer, add one finer chain at a clearly different length, so the two lines stay apart. Over a high neckline, let the pendant sit on the fabric; with an open collar, let it rest on the skin.
With a saree or a lehenga, a piece that sits just below the collarbone fills an open blouse neckline without competing with heavier jewellery. With office clothes, a plain gold design under an open collar is enough on its own, and a studded one carries it into the evening.
For everyday wear, take it off to sleep, swim or work out, and put it on after perfume and lotion. Fasten the clasp before you put the piece away, so the chain cannot knot.
